Brief Summary: This study tested a new biosensor, named depth-gated mid-infrared optoacoustic sensor (DIROS), which uses intravital mid-infrared optoacoustic signals, for accurate non-invasive measurement of glucose concentrations in blood-rich volumes of the skin.
