In Brief: Osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) is a genetically and phenotypically heterogeneous disorder which leads to significantly reduced quality of life (QoL) and high morbidity primarily due to frequent fractures, musculoskeletal pain, reduced mobility and loss of ambulation.
